Last day of school 2009

Today's actually the official last lesson for year 2009.
Therefore, my Class Advisor(CA) decided to held a mini party celebration for the class to enjoy the last day of school '09.

We brought food and drinks to the 3rd floor of the building where it had enough space for a picnic-like party. The weather was great even though we are under the shelter of the roof. It's was pretty windy though, plastic cups and leftover crumbs roaming here and there on the floor.

My standard class time-table lesson is from Monday - Thursday. But, because I'm having a special study programme on every Friday. Instead, my own time-table is actually Monday - Friday.

After the party, my friends and I went to student hub, a room where student goes to slack. I went there not to have fun with them instead rushing some last minute homework that i forgotten to pass up.

During MPI lesson, we had a theory test. I would say it was quite okay but just errors here and there. I hope I can do well for it, because there was a section that require us to spot the error & amend it and different people spot different stuffs.

At the end of school, I went to find my teacher to submit an oversea application form and CMN mini-project. I went to meet my classmates and watched "Storm Warrior".
aka Wind & Cloud = Storm. ('As in SERIOUSLY', not that I'm being lame.)

The movie was quite nice because of the sword fighting scenes other then that, the ending was like? T-E-R-R-I-B-L-E

Because it ended at the 'To Be Continued' type of shots, my friends were like? WHAT, LIKE THAT END AH? I don't wish to elaborate on the scene cause you will catch no balls by not knowing the storyline.

DGM was telling me the movie's ending is like 'DUHz' and I told Zhi Xiang before we catch the show. When we came out of the theater, he said: Wah! Really lei, the ending like that? Cannot believe sia, scam my money. LOLS

In the end, we took bus service no.81 from Tampines to get back home. On the bus was Zhi Xiang, Mash, Jue Liang, Wai Kiat and myself. Along the way after Xiang & Mash alighted, Jue Liang suggested to change bus to service no.53 for fun or something. Phew, I'm able to take the same bus with them as we live quite near each other although i do not know which part of Hougang does he live in.

Out for a spin

Hello my BLOGGY FANS!


I know, I know it has been awhile since i blogged. It's partially i didn't have the laptop to blog and rather lazy and caught up with other stuff.


Yesterday: Took a spin in Yong Bin's car with Desmond, Hua Jin & Andy.


They called me while I'm on the bus back home. As I was walking back, I saw Yong Bin's car parked and waiting under my block already. They bought ice-cream while waiting for me and dirtied their hands, they insist to come up my house to wash their hands.


I told them cannot la, so in the end asked me to insert 20cents to use the void deck's water tap to wash hands. The tap's function is actually for filling up water so that you can wash your vechicle. I hurriedly went up to change my clothes and hop on his car!


We went to eat an early dinner at around 5pm near Kovan and i thought that was about all, when they said next stop, Yishun!

Me: Hmmmm....that place sounds familiar!

Me: OHHHHH! I thought to myself, it's that place where Raddict's had their picnic!


After watching a group of people catching fish. We went to eat at some Prata shop at Thomson Road.

I was like? Gosh, 1-2 hours ago we just had our dinner! My stomach was quite full and I ordered a Mushroom Prata & Plain Prata.

As we were finding parking lot to park, guess what? We saw a orange Lamborghini ! The owner was dining at some Chinese shop. When he went to start it's engine, OH BOY. You can hear the sound of hundreds of horses galloping pass your ear.

Hua Jin: Chill down, Alright? Behave yourself.

What happen if you go out with your girlfriend and she sees you like that?

Double Portion of Blessing!

Hello People!

It has been awhile since I've blogged. Hmmm...I'm not sure what I'm caught up with lately either. I'm starting school on the day of my birthday, and everyone knows it's kinda yuck. I don't know how to put it, but it seems that God has blessed me an advanced birthday present. I believe it's kind of like to balance or re-coup my happiness on my birthday.

1st Blessing:

Last week, was the release of my results. I scored A's for all Modules.
It's literally only through God's Grace & Blessing that I'm able to get such grades.
If some of you out there, might think I'm lucky/heng/tyco. I've nothing to say but it's God way for it to happen not mine. (:

Although I've done well for my first term, but I've to maintain my grades if i want to end well. It's not going to be easy, but guide me along each day.

2nd Blessing:

Today, I took my Final Theory Test (FTT) for driving and i passed. During the test, one after another click the 'End Test' button and their results were like 'PASSED'. Before i took my test, y dad even told me to lift up the test in prayer. I began to get worried too, as i clicked the button the word 'PASSED' came out. I was overjoyed (:

Yes, the feeling of passing was there, but just not as excited as the first time.

The day after haircut

Yesterday, I went to cut hair at the newly opened 'Snip Avenue' Hougang's branch. It was crowded because it's literally cheap and of it's location. A haircut alone cost $3.80 and it locates near a mall, Hougang Mall.

Anyway, The funny thing was the hairstylist recognize the customer by the clothes they wore.
I wore the LIVEWIRE CAMP '08 t-shirt. She was like calling the boy with the 'LightWave' t-shirt, it's your turn..then i began to look around and realise was me.

Back from Chalet (:

Hello!

I'm just came back from Coasta Sand Resort. It was a 3 days 2 nights chalet organise by my previous class, PU0701P.

This time round it was quite boring because there wasn't much GAMES planned.

Day 1:

We had BBQ and there was about a total of 18 of us. I think everyone would agree that the first day was the most fun times because alot of my classmates came. Sadly, they didn't wish to stay over at the chalet probably they are servicing the nation or busy working.

After BBQ, we talked outside the room as a whole and literally laughing out loud cause of all kind of jokes begin to spill out. The jokes of our class still repeats again and again each time we meet. We went to play Dota at some mall in Pasir Ris.

There was 9 of us trying to flag for 2 cabs. We tried the bigger cabs but still doesn't allow 5 seaters, so we decided to walk all the way there. We played from 12pm-4.30am i suppose because there was a midnight promotion thingy.

Day 2:

The time pass real fast because we wake up in the afternoon.We woke up at around 12.30pm because we were still awake chatting at around 6am. We had lunch at MacDonald's and went to E!Hub to play arcade games before heading back to chalet for a swim.

What about Dinner? We had Canadian 2 For 1 Pizza. We ordered 2 large to share around 8 of us. It's was like an appetizer for me cause of the after effect of swimming.

We played "Guess the correct no." game, and apparently I'm so good at guessing it correct that I've done most of the forfeits. After that, we went to packet Macdonald's to fill our stomach in the wee hours of the night.

Day 3:

Checked out at 10.30am. and......

Higher Nitec's First Term Exam!

The first term's exams are finally over!

On 7-9-09, at 8.30am - 10.30am = EMT Paper.
On 8-9-09, at 3pm - 5pm = APA Paper

I suppose it's time for H-O-L-I-D-A-Y-! until 11th of October.

Random stuff: Maintenance Cost of a Bugatti Veyron

The cost of the first scheduled service on a Veyron is £13,645 ($22,322), with later services getting more expensive. Tyres need to be replaced approximately every 4,000 kilometres (2,500 mi). The cost of tyres for a Veyron is £6,325 ($10,347) a set, and they can only be fitted by Bugatti.

Bugatti says that labour is the bulk of the cost at £6,000 ($9,815), which also includes checking the many complex systems on the car. At every third tyre change, the roadwheels must be replaced. If the original new car 2 year warranty wants to be extended, it will cost an extra £38,000 ($62,164) for 1 year, and £63,000 ($103,062) for 2 years.

Anyway, Today's the last day of APA revision.

Mr. Teo, is leaving Tampines' Campus Electronics Engineering Department and joining Macpherson's Campus in the Info-Comm Technology(ICT) Department. It's one of his dream to join ICT Dept, because he knows and likes Programming. He doesn't mind learning new Programming stuff.

He showed us his work. A phone model design with a function of calculating daily calories intake. It was cool and funny at the same time as he gave choices such as 'Fried Kway Tiao', 'Shen Mian', 'Roti-Prata' etc.

Having done with revision, we had a mini farewell photo-taking. I'll upload the photos as soon i get from my classmate's phone.

Quarantine Day 1: Accident behind my block

Hellos! Yes, I'm sick.

In the Afternoon, a few minutes are my brother left home. He called and tell me there might be something happen behind our block. I went to the kitchen and unlock the window grill for a clearer and spacious view. I saw some kind of accident happen. I've no idea whose fault it is, because by the time i look-out, the motorist was on his way into the ambulance.

I'm so gonna miss my 2nd Home: CHURCH ):

I pray that I will get well soon and the 7 days of Medical Leave will be use purposefully meaning.

Ugly Kite Making 101 Tutorial

I know, i know you guys miss my posts. This is because I've been rather busy with kite making or it's just an excuse I'm using. Last Friday, my school celebrated National Day with a competition for Kite Making & Flying. Thursday night, i rushed the kite.

You know what's the secret to make an UGLY kite of a lifetime, here is Kite(r) Goh's 101 Tutorial.

1) Make a proper structure.
2) Lay the Cellophane paper.
3) Place the structure over.
4) Glued it with a super glue.
5) Wait for it to dry.
6) Cut the outline of the kite.
7) Fold the extra outline & tap/glue it.
8) Throw in the air, to see if there is 0.00000001% resistance.
9) Take a permanent marker, and draw some pathetic design.
10) Last but not least, SMILE with contentment although it sucks.

Yesterday, was the Holiday for Singapore's National Day. There's a holiday on Monday because National Day falls on a weekend this year, therefore the following day will be a public holiday, 10/8/09.

I went kite flying at Sengkang's big field with 2 other Life groups. We had a ton of fun, it was the first time for some of them including myself in Kite Flying. We played kite, captain ball & Frisbee. I'm excited and exhausted at the same time.

In order for your kite to fly high, you've to run and release your string so that it catches the wind!

Yesterday was Common Test and the results are out today. That's really fast, I scored 88 out of 100 marks for my APA Common Test. Thank the Lord, for the results. Because i thought i did quite bad. Teacher said section B: 60 marks. I think i did that section well that's why I'm able to pass the test. Which consist 5% of the Semester Exam in September.

Common Test + Botak Jones ~!

It was Analogue Principles Application (APA) Common Test!
The test consist of Chapter 1 - 8, first common test and it covered so many chapters already.

Overall, the test was alright for me. There was this question, where it state to interpret the Resistor Color Code. I've to put the acronym B, B, R, O, Y, G, B, V, G, W into action.

After test, I went to Botak Jones(Tampines) with my classmates, which is also Zhi Xiang's workplace. I ordered Fish & Chips with Spicy Fries & Cheese Potato as my side-dishes. This is the 2nd time i ate at Botak Jones. The first time, was at Derek's 21st Birthday Celebration and I couldn't finish the plate of Fish & Chips.

Zhong Liang: Erm....Actually the beef isn't that nice because it's kind of dry, but the side-dishes *thumbs ups*

Staff: Dry ah?

He went back and took a saucer and scoop his leftover beef.

Staff: I will go and experiment on it.

They really take the comment of customers seriously, which is a good point in F&B Business.

Game of Floorball for PE lesson

In the morning when i crossed the road, I stood at the center diversion platform. I saw a pool of dried blood and broken number plates of a car. I was like, Oh man! Somebody had an accident and loss that much of blood. This reminds me to cross the road carefully and be alert!

I reached school at 7.45am and teacher told me that PE lesson starts at 8.30am. -.-!
We actually planned to play basketball during PE lesson but apparently Zhi Xiang was late so teacher kind of told us to play floorball.

I was just playing floorball by myself to practice and soon my friends came. I think we played 2 games in all. There was this goal, that was totally UNSTOPPABLE. My friend was shooting and the opponent came neck to neck to his stick, so the ball flew up. Guess What? Bang Ping was like, where's the ball!? Then the ball dropped directly infront of him and went in. We were rejoicing over that UNSTOPPABLE goal. It's like who can react in time?

My teammates got fouled like 5 times for over-waist stick. I've a foul once because i wanted to catch the ball in mid-air and i forget about it.

First game, my team won.
Second game, we lost.

After the game, most of them were resting. I decided to play by myself until Zhi Xiang joined in. We played like 1 vs 1. It's like once you miss your shot, you've to run back to defence. It's very fun & interesting, our skills were like on par. As in, playing as a good game.

I'm beginning to like floorball as a sports. (:

After the movie, we realised Mr. En Quan is easily frightened. I was told that he un-button his first button to cover his face and kept shaking the seat infront of him, which is Theresa's seat.

Kevin said that he kept grabbing his hands during the horror part, which gave him an additional 3D Effect(Real-Life Movement).

Getting late on the 3rd day of school

I'm still having the same timetable as my semester hasn't end, it's like just the beginning of it.

So, Wednesday's first lesson starts at 8.00am and woke up at 7.38am. I actually set my alarm clock to 6.00am. I told myself to rest alittle longer but guess what? I O-V-E-R-S-L-E-P-T
It's like I am almost late for every practical lessons on Wednesday. As a result, I didn't understand and know how to do the lab works.

I hurriedly run out of my room and went to bath. When I left the house, it was already 7.57am. I took a quick breeze walk to the bus-stop. While I was crossing the road, I saw bus service no. 72. I literally cranked up my legs and ran like mad to the bus-stop. I managed to board the bus and I was panting for the first 10 minutes in the bus.

Thank the Lord, for the bus timing. Just imagine, missing that bus would made me more late.
Eventually, I reached the school at around 8.40am and along the way I saw Bang Ping at the junction, we entered the school compound together and went to class normally. Today, i had the opportunity to let some of my friends know my religion, Christianity.

During breaktime, my friends decided to watch Transformers: Revenge Of The Fallen.
At that point of time, i was telling myself for the sake of the record "ever watch Movie x3", i didn't mind skipping lesson. I soon came back to my senses and rejected them and waited for classroom to be opened.

After school, I had dinner with En Quan & Wai Kiat at Hougang Plaza famous Western Food store. I ordered Chicken-Chop and it's was quite a big plate which cost only S$5.00 .

I'm still pondering whether to go Bennett's place for his farewell to army. It's gonna be late at 10pm at his place and there's school tomorrow.

Alright, so most of you are having you Youth Day. Enjoy while you can!

As for me, it's the start of school after the holidays. Waking up at 8.00am to get ready for school. It was raining in the afternoon. Although lesson has ended, it was still drizzling. My friends and i, walked in the rain to the bus-stop to take bus back home.

I wanted to go have a hair cut but it's not really that convenient, probably tomorrow.

Last Wednesday of my Holidays

I'm bored, and I've yet to complete my TAWG. I seriously can't get my butt to sit still for like 2 hours. Probably I'm so far apart that I'm lazy to catch up. I seriously don't know.

It has been awhile since i went swimming, my dad told me not to go because of my sun-burn hasn't literally rejuvenate back to normal skin.

Oh yeah, I realise my Television plays the song, "We Stand - Hillsongs" instead of "The Stand - Hillsongs". I was wondering how come this version so different, no wonder it's another song. Nevertheless, it's still a great song that inspires my mood.

Today, I kept having these thoughts of not studying. Come to think about it, I've to take a longer journey to be on pile with my age group peeps.

Qualifications is IMPORTANT in society, so I've to cling on my studies!
God will open "this" doors in my life, one day.
There are uncountable numbers of doors people needs, but for me at this moment is "76598324642"(break the code with a handphone)

In the evening, there will be Prayer Meeting as it's 1st week of the month. I desire to be ministered through Worship and Testimonies.

At night, I went to meet my secondary school friends:
Andy, Desmond, Edward, Jun Jie & Yong Bin

We decided to meet at Hougang Mall's MacDonald's and eventually i suggested to eat Pasta Mania for dinner since I've eaten Mac's for like consecutive 2 days.

Mr. Jun Jie from a NPCC Cadet Inspector(CI) now serving the nation as a Commando. After dinner, he had to booked-in camp at around 9.00pm but the camp it's quite near, Pasir Ris.

The rest of us went to play snooker at Hougang Plaza, we played 2 frames in all but we enjoyed ourselves with the jokes and laughter. Especially the particle of greeny stuff, it's actually some one's saliva with some kind of green looking stuff that looks like broccoli.

Our Police wannabe, Mr. Andy suggested to sabotage to see who can get the cue ball as close to that thingy. This is because, it will makes the player shoot with disturbance and might even touches or rubs it. Eventually, none of us did smeared by it.

I've realise among my clings of friends there are 4 already serving army.

School Re-opens for secondary schools tomorrow despite of winning the vote of H1N1 extended holidays. This will be my last week of school holidays.

I went to watch the movies with my life group peeps.

There were total of 5 of us. Aveline, Daryl, Estee, Genevieve & Myself.

The movie was great for me, because I'm one of Transformers fans. I've got some pictures or wallpapers to show and that would be all.

Last thing, the graphic & animation. Wohoo, simply magnificent. 7/7 Stars.

Some Artistic fellow drew Megan Fox. Gosh, he/she is really good at drawing.

Let's have Crispy Noodle, Lesson 101.

Hello folks.

Okay, I'm bored so let's try something cool.

Give me a minute! Let me put on my Chef-Hat and turn into a "CHEF".

Today, Chef Goh will be teaching you how to make your noodles heavenly.

Let's start with the name, it is called "Shen Mian" in chinese aka Crispy Noodles.

Are you feeling sick & tired of your noodles when u packet home and became soft?

If you are, Here is the right place. (:

The first thing you do when you packeted your food. Tell the person nicely, that you want the gravy and noodle, SEPARATELY. This is because you want it crispy!
